Qualification/Personality desired: 8 - 10 years experience in Food Research & Product Development. Arabic/English communication skills with hands-on experience on variety of modern analytical instruments.Requiring Good organizational and analytical skills, ability to use problem solving techniques in a projects and fast-paced environment. Ability to create food products which a consumer would desire is what we are primarily looking for. A flair for food preparations and tastes.
Job Profile: Captain product from R&D perspective. Lead/Support R&D team on business initiatives on Innovation & Technical Excellence using Balanced Scorecard strategy execution tool. Provide the product expertise and support to deliver technical solutions that support business growth activities.
Participate in the formulation, analysis and administration of long range strategic product management plans.Analyse current product and processes to align with world-class best practices and support the integration of new products & packaging into operations. Marketing interactions involving customer site visits for commercial negotiations, sales team training and customer engagement to close deals
Vendor interactions involving development of alternate supply chain options for raw and packing materials. Establish and sustain Safe, Quality Product excellence while maximizing profitability.
