KEY ACCOUNTS MANAGER - FSD

  • Build excellent relations with Decision Makers (Operations Team/ Chefs/ Supply Chain)

  • Maintain Constant touch with Key persons to understand trends, dynamics and customers requirements w.r.t what is used, why it is used, how it is used, what is the value, currently from where it is sourced etc.

  • Identify New Product Categories in line with

    • Requirements of current clientele to increase basket of products from company
    • Products within current Capability of Company’s resources
    • Opportunity products for increasing market share & realization (profitability)

  • Analyse trends and info to prepare business proposal to Business Head from ‘Concept’ to ‘Product’ as per strategy – Organic or Inorganic (even non food) with plans and recommendation.

  • Maximise Business Commitment from Key A/c by way of long term contracts, specialty products, advance order schedules

  • Monitor & control Customer Service aspects by

    • Liasing with Internal & External Supply Chain for effective orders generation & execution.

    • Liasing with internal departments like R&D, QC etc for prompt completion of procedures, technical paper work & response mechanism

  • Prompt & Effective collection & dissemination of information with franchisees of MNC/Regional Chains with multi country operations.
