Qualification/Personality desired: MBA-PMIR, having 8 - 10 Yrs Exp in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations. Dual Experience in Manufacturing IR & Corporate HR whilst formulating and
maintaining HR policies, advantageous. Clear strategic thinking and leadership personality with strong people skills. Arabic/Hindi/English communication skills needed since job entails handling multi-ethnic workforce.
Job Profile: Using Balanced Scorecard for performance appraisal and competency mapping. Assisting Senior Management Team in HR structure and policy design, job profiling and performance evaluation. Recruitment and Selection, Performance Mgt Systems, Appraisals, Compensation and Benefit, Employees Development and Welfare, Employees Retention, HR Budgeting and Planning. Cultivate and help develop good HR practices and culture and an atmosphere of equality and fair-play.
