MARKETING MANAGER

Qualification: MBA with a minimum of 10 years FMCG multinational marketing experience, ideally with some time in a brand manager capacity. Experience in Food condiments industry will be a great advantage. Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements. Proven ability to oversee all marketing, advertising and promotional staff and activities.

Job Profile: Develop & ensure implementation of brand strategies designed for maximum brand penetration and profitability. Develop & Implement a focused & comprehensive Annual Marketing plan and Budget • Devise and Drive coherent marketing strategies. • Evaluate customer research, market conditions, and competitor data. • New product development and deployment. • Retail and key market development. • All marketing communications.
